Skill-building   Growth   Opportunity

Our program is designed to provide teen boys with the skills, knowledge, and experiences they need to build strong futures.

We offer two phases of development: one focused on character building for young teens 10 to 14, and another focused on hands-on training and job readiness for older teens 15 to 18.

Both phases work together to build leaders, provide career opportunities, and ensure that teen boys are ready for the challenges of adulthood.

Phase 1: Character Development (Ages 10-14)

The first phase of our program focuses on building strong moral character and leadership skills. We teach key life lessons that shape the way they approach the world, including:

Integrity: Teaching honesty, responsibility, and positive decision-making.

Communication: Helping teen boys communicate effectively in various environments.

Leadership: Instilling the importance of leading by example and serving family and community with purpose.

Discipline: Fostering self-control, goal focus, and emotional resilience.

Accountability: Encouraging responsibility for actions and learning from mistakes.

Work Ethic: Instilling discipline, dedication, and perseverance for success in any career path.

Financial Responsibility: Teaching budgeting, saving, and smart money habits.

Job Readiness: Preparing for interviews, resume-building, and job search strategies.

Paid Skills Training: Learning carpentry, home renovations, carpet cleaning, and lawn maintenance while earning wages.

Personal Growth & Development: Encouraging continuous learning, self-improvement, and goal-setting for a successful future.

Testimonial

I first met Tre in 8th grade and didn’t know what to expect. Before I joined Boys To Men Empowerment, I was shy, quiet, and awkward. I didn’t socialize much with others, But the program taught me to be confident and authentic. He’s taught me the importance of faith, how to properly greet others, how to tie a tie, how to change a tire, and how to be a leader and not a follower. The program has had a huge impact on my life. I learned the importance of hard work, good work ethic, and making money the right way. And I recently got my first job at Chick-fil-A!
